Area ManagerOur Area Managers use their considerable experience and flair to look after a whole host of restaurants in a particular region. They’re high achievers who know the business inside out.

Senior Restaurant ManagersSenior Restaurant Managers are either field or restaurant-based and look after several restaurants. They are potentially our Area Managers of the future.

Area Trainer(Centre of Excellence)Area Trainers act as mentors, coaching and developing managers. A Centre of Excellence is a restaurant chosen to facilitate management training thanks to its exceptional standards and results.

Restaurant ManagerRestaurant Managers (or General Managers) have overall responsibility for ensuring excellent levels of service are being delivered at all times, to motivate, inspire and lead our teams and ensure sales & profit targets are reached and exceeded. They have responsibility for both front of house and the kitchen. They get:

Assistant ManagerAssistant Managers support the Restaurant Manager in delivering fantastic service to customers, the right levels of turnover and profit and a properly customer focused team. They get:

Front of House
Waiting staff serve customers at their tables, bar teams prepare and serve drinks.

Kitchen
Commis Chefs, Chefs De Partie and Junior Sous Chefs prepare and cook the food; Kitchen Porters keep things clean and tidy.
